This bending machine mainly consists of the following workstations: automatic feeding system, bending unit, discharging mechanical arm, discharging platform and etc. The working procedures areas follows:manually puts on color ateel sheet→automatically feeds the sheet→bends ends and middles of the sheet→mechanical arm discharges finishwd product and conveys onto discharging platform→manually takes out the finished product. It is suitable to manufacture washing machine shell made of color steel sheet or normal steel, with the following advantages: compact configuration, being easy to poeratem, high automation, being convenient to change product type, small build-up area, high productivity and etc. It mainly includes roller conveyor line for feeding sheet, bending unit, discharging mechanical arm, discharging platform, pneumatic system, electric control system and etc.
