This line, which is an automatic production line, is designed to made inner drums different in dimensions in accordance with different series of washing machines, with which advantages are rational layout, high productivity, high automation, being easy to operate, being able to widely manufacture series of products and etc. It is fulfilled to manufacture inner drums differnt in dimensions by adjusting some parameters of the advanced servo control system, All the working procedures of making inner drums can be finished completely by this well-designed productin line, so that it can save more precious time in terms of transporting and storing semi-finished products, and the rate of qualified production gets improved very much. This line mainly consists of five special machines, which can finish all producting procedures from veneer reeling to marching-punching to marching-pressing to discharging finished product.
