This line, with ground-rails and 50 workstations, is used for manufacturing solar water heater. The working procedures are as followa:manually puts materials and fixes→manually takes measures in advance to prevent foaming materials from leaking → drives workstation by workstation by workstation →(fixtures close consecutively) →manually injects→heats and cures→discharges finished products→cleans up leaked foam and etc. It can make each workstation work separately or consecutively when producing. And it possesses the advantages as follows: small and compact configuration, being easy to operate, smooth transmission, high productivity and etc, so that it can be widely used for manufacturing solar water heater.
