This line, with linear layor, is equipped with water heating system, and can prevent foam from leaking automatically during foaming. There is a set of locking mechanism for changing moulds, which consists of connecting bar and pneumatic cylinder. And after changing, the fixtures can be locked manually and automatically. This line is suitable to manufacture cabinets different in length, width and height, and also suitable to cyclopentane (C5) foaming, with which advantages are as follows: small and compact configuration, powerful function, high productivity and etc.
